Chipped Edges

You require:

 It looks like that
Proceed as follows

Kantenabsplitterungen - Step 1 The substrate has to be dry and at room temperature. Preheat if necessary. Grind out damaged area using the Diamond Drill Bit. Remove all loose particles.
Kantenabsplitterungen - Step 2 Clean damaged area with the Cleaner and leave to dry for approx. 30 seconds.
Kantenabsplitterungen - Step 3 Imitate the colour of the stone by mixing Colours. Take care colour mixture does not appear as one shade, rather create streaks.
Kantenabsplitterungen - Step 4 In case of damages of more than 3mm depth,  fill in several stages. Each coat must not be more than 2-3 mm in depth. Cure each individual coat for 30 seconds per cm² with the PowerLight.
Kantenabsplitterungen - Step 5 The top layer should be of Transparent Liquid (use colour if necessary), as Transparent liquid is best to be polished.
Kantenabsplitterungen - Step 6 Cover the fi nal coat with the Plastic Film and cure again 30 seconds per cm² with the PowerLight.
Kantenabsplitterungen - Step 7 Finish the same as described for damage type1: Levelling, sanding and polishing.

Note:
In case of vertical damaged areas or huge chipped edges, the damaged area can be pre-fi lled with Transparent Base whereas the upper coat (3mm thick) has to be of coloured filler mixed to the appropriate shade of the stone (see point 3).
In case of damages to edges, always cure filler from both sides.
For these damages applies also: if during levelling filling material comes out, simply repeat the process.
