The substrate has to be dry and at room temperature. Preheat if necessary. Grind out damaged area using the Diamond Drill Bit. Remove all loose particles.
Clean damaged area with the Cleaner and leave to dry for approx. 30 seconds.
Mix the basic colour of the lightest shade of the stone with the Colours while mixing in Granulates.
In case of damages of more than 3mm depth, fill in several coats. Each coat must not be more than 2-3 mm. Each coat has to be cured separately with the PowerLight.
If a high gloss fi nished is required to the area the fi nal coat has to be of Transparent Liquid as this will polish to a high sheen level.
Again cure fi ller 30 seconds per cm² with the PowerLight.
Finish the same as described fordamage type 1: Levelling, sanding and polishing.
Note:
In case of vertical damaged areas or huge chipped edges, the damaged area can be pre- filled with Transparent Base whereas the upper coat (3mm thick) has to be of coloured filler mixed to the appropriate shade of the stone (see point 3). In case of a fl amed or brushed surfaces the Granulates have to lie on top of the surface.
For these damages applies also: if during levelling filling material comes out, simply repeat the process.
